Homemade Chicken Liver(Kaleji) Review

Food & Composition Review Today had one of favorite food Chicken Liver(Kaleji) made at our home. It was well prepared, not so spicy very mild in taste even a kid would be able to enjoy it. I like it a bit spicy though but was really good in taste. The Liver chunks were very tender and not very chewy like it has to be. It was a fried dry version which we had with PURI PARATHAS & CHATNI. It contained a generous amount of flavorful masalah with it. Puri Paratha Puri Parathas were soft not crispy and not even rubbery which they supposed to be. Puri Paratha Chatni Chatni was spicy and sour, made of tamarind water and some chili because I can see those chili flakes in it. Some other ingredients were in it too like fennel seed. Indeed it was spicy but it was my kind of chatni. Chatni Rates Only the Puri Parathas and Chatni cost me to be exact of PKR 90($ 0.86) for Parathas and PKR 20($ 0.1900 ) for Chatni.

MAMU DEHLI KABAB HOUSE Food Review

Introduction Mamu Dehli Kabab House is located in Gulistan-e-Juhar opposite Balochistan Sajji. B.B.Q dishes are their specialty but they also sell some Karahis as well. There are options of Dine-in and Take-away as well as Home Delivery(I am not sure). Unfortunately they don't have any official or un-official facebook page or website which I can link here, you have to personally visit them in order to try out their dishes. Food & Composition Review Had their Chicken Karahi and Chicken Malai Boti yesterday and Chicken Karahi turns out to be a stunner with very mild spices and perfectly cooked meat that was tender kinda dry but the broth and oil were making it so juicy that it was almost impossible to trace out the dryness.There was green chili in it but wasn't spicy at all, in-fact it was giving Karahi an amazing signature Karahi taste. Chicken Malai Boti did disappoint us because the outer layer was burnt black, but the inside was good to eat with tender and soft

FOOD BOWL Special Chow Mein Review

Went home yesterday to get surprised about the FOOD BOWL Special Chow Mein. It was ordered by one of my family member and was kept for me to eat and write a review about it. Order was of 2 Single servings of Chow Mien. Food Quantity I had a little more than single serving of Chow Mein , 2 to 3 spoons more to be exact, but the quantity was good. I mean I had a big plate that was full. It was a full meal. Food Taste & Composition Review Chow Mein contained three types of meat and three types of vegetable as this was FOOD BOWL's special Chow Mein. There was beef, shrimps and chicken and in vegetable Carrot, Cabbage and Green Onions. Although the quantity of beef and shrimp was not much but still you can find it in there. Noodles were rubbery and soft, easy to chew. I was able to taste all three meats and vegetable distinctively. Vegetable were a little bit crisp making every bite an enjoyable piece to chew.
