MAMU DEHLI KABAB HOUSE Food Review

Introduction
Mamu Dehli Kabab House is located in Gulistan-e-Juhar opposite Balochistan Sajji. B.B.Q dishes are their specialty but they also sell some Karahis as well. There are options of Dine-in and Take-away as well as Home Delivery(I am not sure). Unfortunately they don't have any official or un-official facebook page or website which I can link here, you have to personally visit them in order to try out their dishes.

Food & Composition Review
Had their Chicken Karahi and Chicken Malai Boti yesterday and Chicken Karahi turns out to be a stunner with very mild spices and perfectly cooked meat that was tender kinda dry but the broth and oil were making it so juicy that it was almost impossible to trace out the dryness. There was green chili in it but wasn't spicy at all, in-fact it was giving Karahi an amazing signature Karahi taste. Chicken Malai Boti did disappoint us because the outer layer was burnt black, but the inside was good to eat with tender and soft texture, it was melting in mouth. You can taste the cream and chicken both distinctively at the same time. The chicken was so soft that there was no need of chewing, it was literally melting in mouth. Spices were pretty balanced too. Tamarind water as sauce was amazing, it contained chili (I guess green chili) flakes, coriander and cumin. The coriander was turned black because of tamarind water I guess or because for staying in it for too long.
Parathas in the end were soft & chewy. Usually the Parathas are turned out to be crispy and crunchy making it difficult to torn a piece from and dip it in the broth.

- For those who doesn't know about what is Malai Boti & Chicken Karahi, Malai means Cream in English while Boti means Square Bite Size Chunks of Meat, so basically those meat chunks are coated with Malai(Cream) and with some spices as well(Which I really don't know about) and left for some time so the meat can soak that cream and spices and then it is skewered onto a rod and cooked slowly on red hot charcoal. While Karahi is a type of thick, circular, and deep cooking-pot (similar in shape to a wok) that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is used in Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Nepalese cuisine (I'll attach picture in the end). So whichever meat is cooked in the Karahi(pot) it is named after it like if the meat is of chicken then it will be Chicken Karahi and if the meat is Lamb then it is Lamb Karahi. A Karahi(dish) is usually made on medium-high to high flames.
Paratha is a type of oily, soft and chewy flatbread which is famous in Pak-Indo regions as a part of break-fast bread.
