Homemade Chicken Liver(Kaleji) Review

Today had one of favorite food Chicken Liver(Kaleji) made at our home. It was well prepared, not so spicy very mild in taste even a kid would be able to enjoy it. I like it a bit spicy though but was really good in taste. The Liver chunks were very tender and not very chewy like it has to be. It was a fried dry version which we had with PURI PARATHAS & CHATNI. It contained a generous amount of flavorful masalah with it.

Puri Parathas were soft not crispy and not even rubbery which they supposed to be.

Chatni
Chatni was spicy and sour, made of tamarind water and some chili because I can see those chili flakes in it. Some other ingredients were in it too like fennel seed. Indeed it was spicy but it was my kind of chatni.

Only the Puri Parathas and Chatni cost me to be exact of PKR 90($ 0.86) for Parathas and PKR 20($ 0.1900for Chatni.
