Food & Composition Review
NOTE :I ASSUME THAT YOU ALL KNOW WHAT A KARAHI IS. IF NOT THEN VISIT MY PREVIOUS BLOG ABOUT KARAHI WHICH EXPLAINS IT.
Yesterday had Chicken Karahi made by friend (He is cooking since past 9 years and gained some amazing skills on his long way). It was good in taste as well as in looks. Although the oil was a bit more but a Karahi is nothing without more and more oil. A Karahi is supposed to be greasy and oily. Now lets come to the meat. The meat was tender, juicy and was not over or under cooked. The outer layer of meat was a little bit chewy as it suppose to be because of frying before adding spices or other ingredients, but as soon as you dig in, all you can taste is tender juicy meat. The overall taste was mild as he prefers mild spices which disappointed me a bit in terms of spiciness as I prefer it to be spicy. I really enjoyed it with fresh vegetable salad and Chapaties.
